Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a leading health care company, who due to expansion are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Chesterfield office. You will initially be joining the business on a temporary basis before becoming a permanent member of the team.

Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Chesterfield - free parking

Hours: Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday 8:45am-5pm, Thursday 8:45am-4:30pm | 38.25hrs per week

Salary: £20,000pa

Immediate start available

In this role you will be -

  • Processing customer sales and purchase orders using SAP

  • Answering customer queries via phone and email

  • Generating invoices

  • Managing customer expected delivery dates

  • Provide the sales team with accurate information

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience working in administration or customer service

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Able to respond to queries in a professional manner

  • Good computer skills - experience using SAP would be an advantage
