£20k per annum + Bonus (£25k per annum OTE)
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Must be flexible to work 8am-5pm/9am-5:30pm


*MUST be able to drive due to the location of the business


My client, a successful hire business based in Chelmsford is seeking an Inbound Hire & Sales Advisor to join their friendly and fun team due to expansion.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:



  • Taking inbound enquiries from prospective and existing customers

  • Liaising with customers via email and various messaging systems

  • Following up on warm leads - closing, inputting and processing hire and sales orders via the CRM system and hire management system

  • Providing customers with prices

  • Taking payment from customers over the phone

  • Performing to team and individual targets


The successful candidate:



  • Office and sales experience is preferred but not essential.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to use own initiative and work under pressure, be very organised, efficient and can multitask.

  • Due to the location, your own transport is essential
