Customer Service Administrator

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator - Full training provided!

LOCATION: nr. Burgess Hill (due to the location of this role it is essential that you have access to your own transport)

HOURS: Monday- Friday 9am - 5.30pm

SALARY: £18,000 - £20,000 p/a

Due to lots of exciting growth within the company, we're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit Customer Service Administrators to join the expanding team.

Full training will be provided, so all levels of experience considered!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone

  • Responding to email enquiries

  • Processing orders

About you:

  • Good IT skills including familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Confident with excellent Customer Service skills
