JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset (office based)

SALARY: Competitive starting salary of £25,000 with annual salary reviews

HOURS: Full time - working 5 days per week to include every other weekend (rotas done a minimum of 3 months in advance)

THE ROLE: This role is a varied customer service administration position and will suit someone who is motivated and enthusiastic, with good attention to detail and a positive attitude. You will be a customer orientated person with a passion for providing a high level of customer service to all customers, via email, live chat and over the phone. This opportunity would suit someone who has prior experience within a customer service-based job such as hospitality or retail and is looking to move into an office-based role or someone with prior office experience who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team who will quickly help you get settled into your new position.


  • Providing an excellent, personal and efficient service to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.

  • Liaising with contact customers via telephone and email to take payments and update the system.

  • Answer queries within a timely manner.

  • Manage customer details and process any account changes.

  • Managing customer requests

  • Processing reports


  • Strong IT skills.

  • Client / customer service focused with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

  • Self-motivated and keen to learn.

  • Good attention to detail and time management.

  • Able to use your own initiative.

  • Process driven and well organised.
