Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Bracknell.

Hours: 9-6

Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Pay rate: £11ph

Duties include but are not limited to:

� Dealing with queries regarding Bodyshop repairs on customers vehicles

� Answering 20-30 incoming calls a day in a timely manner and insuring messages are passed on correctly

� Arranging appointments for repairs in the body shop and arranging courtesy cars for customers when required

� Providing a high level of customer service at all times

� Inputting data correctly onto the company's system

� Liaising with the body shop for updates on customers vehicles

� General administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have/be:

� Experience in an administrative background

� Previous experience dealing with customer queries

� Excellent written and verbal communication skills

� Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

� Ability to work as part of a small team

� Attention to detail

� IT literate
