Role: Account Manager - Maternity Cover (15 month FTC)


Location: Skipton


Salary: Up to £21,000 per annum depending on experience and Benefits


Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Fri

Based on the outskirts of Skipton (complete with its own wandering peacock) our client is looking for someone who can jump in and get involved with this bubbly and down to earth team. Whether this is maintaining existing relationships and been the first point of call for your clients or joining their colleagues at local pub or having a catch up on "Sandwich Friday" this company will welcome you and your ideas - especially if it is biscuit related, they have a very sweet tooth!

Duties: -




  • Use appropriate account management techniques to manage client expectations and develop and maintain detailed client accounts within the company database to track progress

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, third parties and the client to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

  • Ensure that all client queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner with a focus on client satisfaction and have a good understanding of KPI's and SLA's

  • Maintain active liaison with all clients after project delivery, to support, regularly review and advise of updates, upgrades and other new Genius Group products by identifying client business needs

  • Report and maintain accurate client data internally

  • Provide external quarterly/bi-annually or annual reporting on a client by client basis on the services provided

  • Actively approach existing clients and seek engagement with potential new clients using innovative approaches, to positively represent Genius Group and its range of evolving products

  • Provide Training / support / guidance to clients across our full range of products

  • Basic SEO knowledge

  • Overall responsibility for client support, client satisfaction and client growth and day to day management of this process

  • Liaise internally /externally with clients / colleagues regarding renewals

  • Manage any decommission of service

  • Obtain and manage relevant customer testimonials, which will be shared with Business development as part of promotional data

  • Ability to manage own time and workload

  • Travel for face to face meetings with clients, or events



Experience




  • Use appropriate account management techniques
