Office Angels are proudly working with a large, national business in the financial sector, who are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Specialist to their team based in Hessle. This role would be suited to someone with who enjoys understanding the needs of their customers, problem solving and who is looking to work for a professional reputable business.



The role:




  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process

  • Setting up customer accounts

  • Provide customers and other relevant parties with timely updates

  • Assist sales team with processing of proposal documents and financial checks

  • Assist with preparing payments for suppliers

  • Take customer queries via telephone and email and ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Ensure Compliance requirements are always adhered to

  • Assist with general sales enquiries



To be successful in this role, you will:



  • Communicate well with both internal and external colleagues

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Be proactive in your approach and use own initiative

  • Excellent written communication skills ensuring all communication is professional and appropriate

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • High attention to detail



In return you will be entitled to:



  • Annual salary of £22,000 per annum

  • Hours of Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
