Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for a Customer Executive based in Maidstone. Working for a well-established, friendly but hard-working solicitor, this is a role would be ideal for someone who is a proactive self-starter who can prioritise their workload and take initiative when required.



Job Title: Customer Executive


Location: Maidstone


Salary: £22k reviewed annually. An opportunity to earn quarterly payments under the performance related incentive scheme.


Hours: Monday-Friday - The team operates between 8am-6pm therefore you'll be required to work alternate shift patterns of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm.

The role:


Do you enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals and target? This maybe the right position for you. This will be a very busy role for someone who is self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive attitude to work. You will need to be confident in following procedures and have a good eye for detail. Prioritising work will be key to the team achieving their targets in an agreed timeframe.


As the Customer Executive your key responsibilities would be:



  • take ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases

  • research and analyse cases in order to decide the best course of action

  • produce and check outgoing letters and documents

  • undertake telephone collections

  • engage with debtors to find constructive solutions

  • deliver tangible results within agreed timeframes

  • adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure that collections are maximised but within compliant framework

  • actively contribute to team and routine case review meetings

  • Able to work with a hard-working team who can apply a 'can do' approach to their daily work.

  • Being organised and have great attention to detail

  • Doesn't require micro-managing, enjoys being self-motivated

  • Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients

  • Always looking at ways to improve themselves as well as processes within the business, they're not afraid of change!

  • Feel confident to constructively offer their opinions to ensure the best outcomes for clients

  • To be considered for the role you would need to demonstrate minimum academic achievements of at least 5 GCSE's A* - C (including English and Mathematics), further qualifications are desirable.
