We are lucky enough to work with one of the most successful Companies in their Industry. They are expanding their team and requiring some additional support to their Customer Support team.


You do need to have a background either within the Property or Construction sector, or perhaps a facilities background where you are used to recognising common faults with properties.


Working as part of a successful team you will be responsible for a specific area and will be managing incoming calls, dealing with all sorts of queries, some more urgent than others, so the ability to react and prioritise is essential. We also need someone with sound IT skills, you'll be using their system to book in works, liaise with different contractors and also be corresponding with their valuable Customers.


Someone who enjoys a busy, varied role but also used to talking to people and has a good listening ear too.


In return you will be paid - after 3 months initial training, a very competitive salary with 26 days holidays plus the bank holidays too. As well as receiving weekly pay via Office Angels too. They do work offer hybrid working too.
