Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in a fast moving industry, are looking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist. This role is a busy role and you can work from home and in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties;
Looking for Customer Care Specialists, ideally people with relevant experience and who are wanting to develop further. Need to have worked in a challenging environment driven by SLA's, able to multitask on systems - live chat, emails, calls and much more.
This role needs someone who copes well with pressure, can offer us flexibility in working hours for Saturday working 0800-1400 on a rota, and also likes change.
The role can be intense and very demanding - but all good for the future.
Based in the office, there is no hybrid working.
