Customer Care Representative

Working in a very busy Customer Care department, in a gorgeous modern building in Basingstoke.


You need to be confident and able to cope with stressful situations.




  • You will be taking phone calls, responding to emails, covering web and In app live chat.

  • Must be willing to change shift if required and potentially work Saturdays (half or full day) and / or 7pm finish weekday.

  • 40hr week with good benefits on offer.

  • It's an office based role with some remote work currently but not ongoing and the company aim to have everyone back in the office together later this year so cannot rely on remote work only, so need to be comfortable with office based working.


Working in a well established team.


Training can be given.
