Overview


An exciting opportunity to support a a global luxury brand in Guildford on a 12 months fixed term contract.


We are currently looking for an exceptional Customer Care Manager to join the business and play a pivotal role in leading the dedicated team of customer care professionals!


YOU will be providing administrative support to accounts and sales executives with a focus on establishing and maintaining account relationships, ensuring the outstanding quality of customer service, particularly in the area of after-sales support!


Sounds interesting??.. What will my daily duties be??..



  • Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service to customers, co-workers, vendors, and partners.

  • Ensure all service level goals are met, such as orders processed the same day and ensure all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

  • Monitor and analyse all credits and returns issued, ensuring compliance procedures are met.

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to understand initiatives fully and execute promotions in a timely manner.

  • Maintain all areas, equipment, and products in an organised and orderly manner.

  • Work with HR to establish annual staff and temporary workforce planning.


Skills/ Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within a customer service environment

  • Experience using SAP!

  • Prior responsibility for budget, management & statutory financials (desired)

  • Strong MS Office, esp. Excel knowledge
