Customer Care Coordinator

Our Client in Swindon is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team.


You will provide a high level of customer service including processing customer orders, promptly responding to queries about products, accounts, and services, and ensuring that any complaints are investigated and resolved quickly to the customer's satisfaction.


You will be responsible for every aspect of ensuring we provide a seamless customer journey, which makes this an important, demanding, and varied role.


Salary £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience.


Skill Requirements



  • Previous Customer Service experience in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing.

  • Able to read and check kitchen or bedroom plans.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office programmes.

  • Remain positive and able to effectively manage irate customers.

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

  • Proactive approach to work with 'right first time' attitude.

  • Flexible and able to manage changing priorities.
