Our client is a well-established organisation based in Swindon. Due to rapid growth they have an exciting opportunity for a customer service coordinator to join the team.


This important role will provide a high level of customer service to customers and will ensure that any complaints are investigated and resolved quickly to the customer's satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities



  • Responding to queries with relevant information or escalate if necessary.

  • Strive and successfully achieve set KPI's.

  • To manage incoming enquiries from customers.

  • Investigating any issues or discrepancies.

  • To be able to work independently.



Requirements



  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.

  • Customer Focus is essential to be successful in this role.

  • Experience of a working in a call centre environment.

  • Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
