Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator (Southampton)

Salary: £10.00ph

Hours: 8 Hours per week (Every Friday 9am - 5pm).

Location: Southampton.

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a large global client who are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator based in Southampton, this is a permanent, part time role. A diverse role with customer care at its core, a candidate who has previous experience with internal databases or appointment booking systems would be advantageous however full training will be given.

Your Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments with customers

  • Effective promotion and selling of add-on products where applicable

  • Diary management

  • Manage in-store CRM​​ System to the highest standard

  • Processing customer payments

  • Support towards compliance with all administrative duties

  • Ensure the right quantity and range of stock is kept at all times

  • Carry out all store administrative and logistics tasks as required and to a high standard

  • Customer care

Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:

  • Computer literate including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • A pro-active mindset, with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with others

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems

  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and face- to-face
