Our high-end fashion client is looking for someone to join their e-commerce team on a temporary basis as a client experience agent.

As part of the in-house Client Experience team, your role will be to provide the highest levels of customer care to website and telephone customers to meet luxury service level KPI's and targets

  • Provide quality responses to online customer queries by email/ phone. Follow through on all customer requests, resolve issues in a timely efficient manner

  • Provide personalised customer service of the highest level (quality and in a timely manner), managing difficult customers when necessary

  • Negotiate solutions with customers to prioritise needs wherever possible

  • Work within and outside the parameters of company policy to find creative solutions to customer issues

  • Actively clientele our top clients by assisting with sourcing product and fulfilling requests, actively selling, and informing them of upcoming new products.

  • Support our Digital Marketing team by responding to customer product enquiries across all social media platforms adhering to our SLA's

  • Liaise closely with complementary departments, from sales to despatch, delivery to aftercare. Always follow up on customer orders when required to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Effectively use in house IT systems, adhering to departmental procedures. Make sure databases/ record are maintained and correct

  • Continuously check all stages of the customer journey, ensuring service pages are maintained and reflect the most recent policies.

  • Liaise with internal departments such as operational and commercial teams to expedite issues that are raised by the client during the customer journey

  • Undertake additional administrative duties and resolve fraud incidents as required

  • Undertake departmental projects and other duties as requested by your line manager

The successful candidate MUST have:

  • MUST have previous experience using Zendesk

  • Proven work experience within administration

  • Administration and accuracy skills

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure

  • Detail orientated, highly organised and able to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines

  • Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel

  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
