Customer Service Advisor - Evening Shift (permanent, £28K)

  • Location: London

  • 5pm-1:30am working hours

  • Ideally experience in fashion ecommerce customer service

Founded in Los Angeles in 2015 and now headquartered in London, My client is a performance-fashion brand that draws inspiration from both locales to create elevated yet understated must-haves for the confident modern-day woman. With sales rapidly expanding in the USA and our online team based in the UK, we're now seeking a friendly CSA to work the evening shift to service our customers in those time zones.


Responsibilities will include:

Resolving and responding to customer queries (delivery & return status, product queries, brand queries) via email and livechat. Converting queries to sales, upsell and provide excellent customer service. Liaising with our product design teams, warehouse and operations team to process refunds, trace orders, returns, and fraudulent activity.


A background in a fashion eCommerce customer service role using Livechat. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to outstanding customer service. Experience of using CRM systems (eg Zendesk) Commercial acumen and sales skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
