JOB TITLE: Customer Care Advisor


LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset


SALARY: £20,000-£25,000 (DOE)


HOURS: Full time, Monday-Friday (start and finish time can be slightly flexible to suit candidate)


THE COMPANY: Our client are a successful business who supply housing and construction companies all over the South West.

THE ROLE: The customer care role is a key part of the business and will involve liaising between the customers and the tradesmen ensuring a smooth process.


KEY DUTIES WILL INVOLVE:



  • Scheduling appointments and diary management

  • Providing a high level of service to customers

  • Liaising with internal teams and keeping everyone up to date

  • Updating customer database and sending emails

  • Updating invoice information on SAGE and sending invoices to clients


THE CANDIDATE: The role will suit someone who is organised and proactive with good attention to detail. You must have strong customer care skills and provide a friendly and efficient service. The role is really varied so you must have strong administration skills and good knowledge of IT Systems including Outlook, Word and Excel. Prior knowledge of SAGE would also be beneficial.
