Customer Care Administrator

We are recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious property organisation in Exeter, for an Administrator/PA to join their Customer Care team for a 9 month maternity cover. This is a busy, dynamic organisation where there will be plenty of opportunities at your feet.

JOB TITLE: Administrator / PA

DURATION: 9 months


SALARY: £18, 000 - £24,000 (per annum, dependant on experience, Pro Rata)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 30 hours flexible to suit across 4 or 5 days

THE COMPANY: A prestigious large corporate property company

THE ROLE: 9 month maternity contract. Our client describes this role as "the glue that holds everyone together". You will support the Head of Customer Care with various PA duties and be the backbone to supporting the customer service team. This is a varied role and a busy, vibrant, inclusive team.


  • PA duties

  • Admin duties supporting the Customer Care Coordinators

  • Managing the teams inbox

  • Liaise with customers

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors

  • First point of call for the phones

  • Letter writing/typing

  • Busy varied role


  • Solid administrative experience, someone who has the experience to come in and hit the ground running

  • Ideally PA experience

  • Property experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential

  • Highly competent with technology and information systems.

  • Reliable and thrives on multi-tasking and working in a busy varied role
