My client, a successful Utilities company based in Brentwood, is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.



Duties:



  • Liaising with clients directly to investigate & resolve customer enquires & complaints

  • As above for internal complaints received via website, landline & email

  • Working with multiple systems - clients & inhouse

  • Liaising with multiple departments internally and with clients to resolve issues in timely manner

  • Assist with the maintenance of the info and customer care mailboxes

  • Logging and maintaining all customer contact & 'claims' jobs

  • Liaising with clients claims department to assist with quotation & planning of works

  • Chasing outstanding / unresolved works

  • Creating letter drops for customers (for pre-planned works)

  • Manually entering jobs & adding specific tasks to existing job records

  • Attending meetings as and where needed via Teams / face to face

  • Maintaining good working rapport with client

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental policies.

  • Daily coordination with the Planners & Site Agents.

  • Some assistance for other departments may occasionally be required.



Skills and experience:



  • Experience working within the Utilities industry.

  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.

  • Good administration & communications skills, and an analytical approach to tasks.

  • Consistent attention to detail & accuracy.

  • Awareness of Customer Satisfaction for both internal and external sources.

  • Accepts change within working environment.

  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively and work as part of a team.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of CMEX would be advantageous.
