Customer Administrator / Executive


Lingfield (driver required due to location)


Monday - Friday (8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm)


£20,000 - £22,000 starting salary, increasing after 6 months probation to £25,000.

Are you looking for a role with training and support? Do you have excellent Customer Service skills gained within retail/office or similar and you want to move them into a busy customer service based role within an office? Are you hard working and a team player?


If so, Office Angels have teamed up with a great employer looking for a new additional member for their Customer Service/Liaison team:


Role and Responsibilities


You will be responsible for the processing and development of customer accounts and communication. These customers are based throughout the UK and the majority are in the hospitality sector.


Over time you will have specific customer accounts assigned to you and will be responsible for implementing the day to day management of works for these accounts and liaising directly with the customers. (training provided).


This will see you processing new orders and setting up the work to be done by field engineers along with:


Liaising with engineers to share and update on relevant information.


Processing relevant paperowkr and documents.


Updating the customer tracker spreadsheets.


Setting up contracts using existing templates.


Providing an excellent service to existing customers.


Following up on all new enquiries for new and existing customers.


Updating your manager on the status of each order.


This is the third customer based role the company have recruited for in the last 18 months, demonstrating how well it has worked with their existing team.
