Role: Customer Administrator - Design/Manufacturing Industry - Bespoke Goods

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday 30 mins lunch

Location: Huddersfield (HD1) FREE PARKING!

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent - Immediate Start Available!

We're so pleased to be partnering again with a Yorkshire made designer/manufacturer, established in the early 1900's to find them their next Customer Administrator superstar.

This businesses' customer service team are at the heart of this company with no job too small nor too big. You will be joining a team who are always on hand to support and advise customers throughout their journey; from initial product enquires to ordering to delivering these bespoke products.

What will your day look like as a Customer Administrator?

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients via phone and email delivering exceptional customer service, listening to the customer and providing advice and support and answering any product queries

  • Identify customers' needs to create quotations for products

  • Liaise with engineers regarding any issues and process service calls to ensure your customer feels valued

  • Process site surveys prior to Account Manager attending

  • You will be awareness of returns polices and arrange any returns or collections for your customer

  • Support Account Managers who are on site visiting clients

To be successful within this role:

  • You must be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

  • You will possess strong PC skills and a keen eye for detail

  • You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook

  • You will be excited to join a department who work together as a team - Team Players are a must!
