Core Hours 8am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

You can also choose to start earlier at 7am or 7.30am and finish earlier!

This opportunity will put you within the heart of their business and as the 'go-to' person you will work closely with your internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships with your global customers.

On a typical day you will:

  • Work closely with your team and other departments to manage timescales for product delivery, ensuring effective communication.

  • Understand your products from the type, colour, and price of each artwork so that you can effectively support your internal and external sales teams.

  • Attend regular meetings to update your team on any account queries and timescales.

  • Nurture your customers via email and telephone, providing a positive experience and ultimately building long lasting relationships.

  • Manage your clients' expectations, if there is an issue you are the 'go-to' person - negotiating and proactively managing your customers' expectations is essential.
