Customer Account Manager

Office Angels are working in partnership with a well-established brand who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to support national clients, if you have a passion to deliver excellent customer satisfaction then this could be the role for you..



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


You will manage and provide services to customers to ensure they receive the best possible experience when ordering stock, make and ship or scheduled orders.


To ensure customers receive a satisfactory response to all customer service requests, for any aspect of their order from delivery's, quality issues accounts queries etc…


To develop relationships and provide service to Customers that encourages growth of business.


To use your knowledge, experience, and best endeavors to support the enhancement and presentation of our services to customers in line with our mission, values and goals.


Benefits


You will receive a basic salary update £25,000 depending on skills and experience Your working week lasts 37.5 hours and you will be entitled to 21 days holiday a year You will also have the option of a healthcare cash plan, private medical cover and group life assurance as well as auto-enrolment in the pension scheme
