£24-28k per annum



JOB TITLE: Account Manager



LOCATION: Herne Hill, home working will be an option after 3-month probation period



HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm



BENEFITS: 25 days annual leave, on street parking, pension scheme

We're teaming up with a business based in Herne Hill looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager join a busy commercial team. Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist providers of mental health services to employers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the rapidly expanding and dynamic field of workplace mental health - interacting daily with HR professionals seeking to support their teams in these challenging times.



This role is specifically focused on managing the requirements of approximately 400 customers. You will be the principal point of day-to-day contact for HR managers who buy our services.



Responsibilities:



  • Respond to all ad-hoc requests from customers

  • Deliver occasional video-conferencing account management meetings

  • Promote and sell additional services to customers

  • Manage any complaints in a professional and thorough manner

  • Write content for a 1 � page monthly mental health newsletter

  • Set up new customers

  • Manage customers who are ending their contracts



The successful candidate will:



  • Possess good inter-personal and communication skills and build positive relationships with key customers

  • Have a proven experience in an account management role

  • Have worked in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability are standard

  • Have strong attention to detail and be accurate and precise when preparing documents and entering data

  • Experience of the HR services, employee benefits, health care, OH or mental health sectors is a bonus but NOT essential
