HOURS: 09.00am - 17.00pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £50,000- £55,000 per annum


DURATION: 12-month FTC with potential to be extended!


LOCATION: City of London (walking distance from Monument station)

Our client is looking for a CRM/DX Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic, fast-paced team. This is an incredible opportunity for career path advancement in an innovative company.


This role will support strategic company initiatives, including driving their CRM program and focusing on improving on site conversion by reviewing the customer experience through DX. You will be working with one of the fastest growing and financially strong, publicly listed multinational companies within their field.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting with the management of both UK and Ireland websites, reporting on and analysing campaign results with recommendations for optimisation and strategy improvement

  • Identifying and prioritising key opportunities to drive the digital growth of the company

  • Identifying and setting up local strategic digital partnerships, and the localisation of internal Digital Commerce capabilities

  • Driving alignment of key stakeholders, helping define implementation plan for prioritised initiatives and directly lead specific projects when relevant

  • Leading ongoing and ad-hoc Digital commerce market trends analysis, competitive landscape study, digital customer journeys and behaviour analysis needed to identify and assess opportunities

  • Partner with the paid media team members to ensure excellence across the entire customer journey and site-wide experience

  • Establish clean testing frameworks to gauge success of on page optimisation to increase conversion rate through the websites

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and edit content for CRM & SMS streams, ensuring consistency

  • Own the distribution of content via Stackla on the website promoting customer testimonials and images from social media to promote brand reputation

  • Track, analyse and report weekly on CRM and DX activity across the UK and IRL websites

  • Working closely with the CRM manager to get CRM projects pushed forward and weekly broadcast campaigns sent out


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A positive, flexible, and fun individual with the ability to hit the ground running

  • An effective communicator, who is sociable and bubbly with a great sense of humour

  • An individual who will thrive within a dynamic, diverse, collaborative, and creative culture

  • An outstanding individual with great attention to detail and strong negotiating skills, a strategic thinker and team player with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise quickly

  • An analytical individual with the ability to look at data/numbers and observe trends and make recommendations

  • A minimum of 4 years work experience in a B2C role focused on CRM or Digital Marketing and E-commerce

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Working knowledge of insights and analytics tools e.g., Looker, Heap, Contentsquare, Google Analytics

  • Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, beauty, fashion, and media
