Salary - £26,000 to £32,000



My client, a well-established online retailer based in Romford, Essex, are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking CRM Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The company utilise Zoho as well as Talk desk and Five9


You will be responsible for:



  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management

  • Hands on configuration - Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder etc

  • Liaise with Management team to understand their immediate and future needs, manage

  • expectations, gather requirements and translate these into solutions

  • Train users on the platform and ensure it is utilised efficiently and effectively

  • Identify opportunities for further development within the business, prioritise and plan in line with business objectives

  • Liaise between users and vendors

  • Manage Zoho security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.

  • Create marketing campaigns

  • Maintain and customize applications


Skills/Experience required:



  • CRM Administrator and Configuration experience

  • Configuration knowledge on either ZOHO, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar software

  • Knowledge on Talk Desk or Five9

  • Excellent IT literacy skills

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised

  • Experience will ideally be in a product based industry, B2B

  • A self-starting attitude, ready to embrace opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told.
