Office Angels have partnered with a leading provider of funeral services who are seeking an Administrator to support their site in Abingdon.
This is a varied role & will involve everything from Administration, Operations, and supporting families to ensuring the grounds are kept presentable. If you are looking for a role where no two days will be the same, and you can work with high levels of empathy then this could be the perfect role for you.

Role: Administrator

Salary & Benefits: £25,000 - £27,000 pa plus cost of living bonus (£100 a month), stakeholder pension, performance related bonus & commission - total package £26,000pa -£30,000pa.

Location: Abingdon, Oxford

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

  • To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of client service in all dealings with members of the public both on the phone and in person

  • To ensure that prospective clients are contacted and appointments made at an appropriate time and in an appropriate manner, That every effort is made to fit the right product to the client's needs.

  • To produce letters and invoices for clients as required, and to answer queries as appropriate.

  • Carry out administrative tasks relating to the processing of agreements, Ordering of and quality checks, and the issuing of works instructions for placement.

  • Keep records, ensure credit control compliance and Imput all necessary information into computer systems currently in use.

  • To learn all roles within the facility and follow the Company's interchangeable business model ensuring that all roles are covered at all times.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Administration experience

  • High level of IT Skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Accounting or Book keeping experience would be an advantage but not essential

  • Committed to the provision of excellent service

  • Good numeric and literacy skills

  • Integrity, sensitivity and commitment
