Job Details:
* Credit Control - Project
* £27,000 - £30,000 (prorata into an hourly rate)
* City of London - Hybrid working pattern, 2-3 days in the office remainder at home
* 9:00am - 5:30pm (Flexible working)
* 5-6 Month Contract to start ASAP

Job Spec:
* To take charge of a large project with the main aim to collect and resolve aged debt from a wide range of clients & data.
* Being able to contact clients professionally & confidentially to collect outstanding debt successfully.
* Able to organise large amounts of data and update trackers and spreadsheets with collection data.
* To liaise with senior parties along with working with the Accounts Payable to ensure payments are processed efficiently.
* Being the main point of contact for any client queries regarding their account and updating details where necessary.

* Previous experience within Credit Control would be ideal or at least hold a basic knowledge and understanding of Debit & Credits this would be necessary.
* Outstanding customer service skills and comfortable to be liaising with clients by phone and email at a large volume.
* Have patience to see through this project to the end and have a strong work ethic.
* Able to raise issues and work with senior members and peers to create a solution.
* Confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload
