Role: Credit Controller


Location: Bradford (Office Based)


Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm


Salary: up to £22,000 per annum plus performance bonus


Start date: June

Are you an experienced Credit Controller with good working knowledge of Sales Ledger? Are you confident on the phone chasing payments? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join a small Credit Control Team on a full-time permanent basis.



Key duties:



  • Responsible for the collection of assigned debtors efficiently and effectively

  • Ensuring debts are kept to a minimum

  • Making sure debtor day targets are achieved

  • Following up payments as needed

  • Responding to relevant customer enquiries

  • Collaborating and communicating with various levels of internal and external customers

  • Providing administrative support to the team



Skills and experience required



  • Confident telephone manner

  • Knowledge of Kerridge would be an advantage

  • Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with external customers

  • Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others



The location would suit applicants who live in Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
