JOB TITLE: Temporary Minute taker


COMPANY: Professional Services!


CONTRACT: Ongoing Temp - 3 months


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.00pm


START: ASAP - must be immediately available or maximum 1 week notice period


LOCATION: City of London

WOW FACTOR: Based walking distance from Fenchurch St station, our professional services client is seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Minute taker to work alongside a busy team for the next 3 months. We need someone who has proven experience setting up committee meetings and confident taking minutes. Duties will include drafting agendas, ensuring that papers are fully formatted to company standard and ensuring that reports are delivered in a timely manner. This role seeks someone who is comfortable working outside the standard 9 to 5 and has a proactive attitude!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting the wider team with adhoc tasks

  • Scheduling and coordinating committee meetings

  • Agenda management

  • Planning important events

  • Ability to organise travel

  • Taking minutes in confidential meeting

  • Ability to put together presentations for senior management teams to present

  • Stakeholder management


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • 4-6 years' experience supporting at C-suite level in a similar role

  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating committee meetings

  • Experience with taking minutes

  • Outstanding MS Office skills

  • Knowledge of Diligent and Blueprint systems

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately

  • Someone who is used to working in a professional, fast paced, and demanding environment

  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines

  • Ability to retain highly confidential information
