THE ROLE - CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
SALARY - 23-26k (depending on experience)
LOCATION - GLASGOW CITY
HOURS - 9AM TO 5PM

Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a Professional Services organisation based in the City Centre of Glasgow, walking distance from all main transport hubs.



You will work alongside the larger team and provide business support across the organisation. The role is based on the main reception desk, but your day will not be limited to answering calls. This is a fast-paced administration role where you will be expected to learn all aspects of the business.



The role will ideally suit someone who is confident using the Microsoft Office suite, adept at document control/management and is able to prioritise their workload across departments.



Duties will include:
* Working alongside the marketing team to produce and develop business documents
* Copywriting and proof-reading/re-formatting documents
* Acting as first point of contact to the business - face to face and on the phone
* Controlling reception access by following security and H&S procedures
* Transferring calls & taking detailed messages when necessary
* Diary management & arranging travel/hospitality
* Building reports using Excel
* Preparing meeting agendas & minute taking
* Providing business support to fee earners - including data entry/management/query handling

Skills/attributes:
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS office
* Knowledgeable in GDPR
* Previous business support experience - ideally from a corporate/professional services organisation
* Have an excellent telephone manner in addition to being articulate and courteous
* Provide a friendly welcome and create an excellent impression of the client's organisation
* Strong initiative and proactive working manner
