JOB ROLE: Contracts & Compliance Manager



JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time



HOURS: 08.30 - 17.00 or 09.00 - 17.30



SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000. Depending on experience.



LOCATION: Closest tube: Oval

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



As Contracts & Compliance Manager you will own and manage this business area that sit within the Operations Team reporting to the Group Operations Manager.



This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a function management role and define processes ready for scale.



Your Responsibilities


* Manage all contract templates


* Create & Issue all contracts


* Ensure compliance checks and correct documentation is stored


* Liaise with 3rd party providers of contract and compliance services


* Review all client commercial terms


* Manage all queries from suppliers and clients


* Run monthly and quarterly audit checks on suppliers


* Support Contractor Care where necessary


* Support Operations across the group where necessary



Key Requirements:



* Prior experience working in a recruitment agency environment


* Knowledge of recruitment related compliance - IR35, AWR etc.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


* Experience developing and managing internal contract processes


* Excellent customer services skills


* Strong stakeholder management skills
