Monday-Friday 9.30 - 5.30pm 1/2 hour break. Office Based

Are you looking for a role working with a large team, overseeing the office but taking the lead on tenders/contracts for construction based projects? Can you manage a busy workload including formatting and presenting documents for Commercial Projects?


What is the role?


This busy niche office who are growing and expanding, You will work alongside the Project Manager for in‐house training and to gain information on the company's procedures and processes but have strong administration and project support abilities and looking for a high level of responsibility within this busy commercial team.


Duties will include:



  • Reviewing and formatting large risk reports/contracts and tenders for the Commercial team/ Consultants; with some based in the Far East/Europe (70% of role)

  • Managing emails on a daily basis, filing where necessary and / or responding.

  • Raising Purchase and Supply Orders and maintaining records for the Accounts department.

  • Maintaining personnel records; sickness, holidays, international candidate information.

  • Booking flights, hotels and car hire for the engineering staff and logging the information on a spreadsheet.

  • Support to the project team generally.


Having an organised approach with attention to detail is vital particularly in the preparation of reports for issue to clients; but also be a main point of contact for issues and general office support.


Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills are required for this role including use of multi‐level
numbering, insertion of photographs and diagrams into documents using tables and creating pdf
versions with Adobe Acrobat.
