Contracts and Tenders Manager


Circa. £35,000 per annum

8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday, office based

Benefits include private medical, pension and bonus

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Contracts and Tenders Manager for a medical equipment supplier based in Reddish.

Duties will include:

  • Generating quotes for customers

  • Discussing needs, options and packages with customers

  • Following upon enquiries

  • Reporting and forecasting

  • Completing PQQs and tender documents

  • Ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Invoicing

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong administration skills. It would be desirable if you had dealt with tenders or contracts previously.

  • Previous experience dealing with customers

  • Understanding of the sales cycle

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Organisation skills including ability to manage deadlines

  • Driven and motivated attitude to work
