JOB ROLE: Contracts Administrator

JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent

HOURS: 9:00 - 5.30 Monday - Friday

SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

LOCATION: Battersea, London

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking deliveries and couriers

  • Being an office point of contact for the project manager

  • Some purchasing of additional and or replacement parts and appliances

  • Monitoring the contracts aftersales inbox

  • Document control, saving documentation as directed to the appropriate place on the server, sending documents to members of staff as requested

  • Dealing with issues regarding damages or incorrect items from deliveries efficiently

  • Booking engineers and keeping clients up to date with arrival times

  • Booking installations for replacement and or additional parts and appliances

Experience/Skills required:

  • Administration experience preferred

  • Customer Service experience desirable

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Proactive
