JOB ROLE: Contracts Administrator
JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent
HOURS: 9:00 - 5.30 Monday - Friday
SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
LOCATION: Battersea, London
Key Responsibilities
- Booking deliveries and couriers
- Being an office point of contact for the project manager
- Some purchasing of additional and or replacement parts and appliances
- Monitoring the contracts aftersales inbox
- Document control, saving documentation as directed to the appropriate place on the server, sending documents to members of staff as requested
- Dealing with issues regarding damages or incorrect items from deliveries efficiently
- Booking engineers and keeping clients up to date with arrival times
- Booking installations for replacement and or additional parts and appliances
Experience/Skills required:
- Administration experience preferred
- Customer Service experience desirable
- Confident telephone manner
- Proactive
