Job Details:



  • Contract Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences)

  • £38,000 - £45,000* + Commission Depending on experience

  • Competitive bonus scheme

  • City of London (5 min from Liverpool Street Station)

  • Flexible working (2-3 days in office)

  • 9:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible hours)



Job Spec:



  • To be accountable for the delivery of all activities within the recruitment life cycle

  • Resourcing candidates, identifying through screening in accordance with client requirements and desired skill set

  • Publication of adverts on job boards and through Linked In

  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements

  • Gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits

  • Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and participate in the bid process

  • Controlling candidates and maintaining relationship

  • Answering general phone and inbox enquires supporting job seekers

  • Reach weekly KPIS and weekly performance forecast and update to come in line with company requirements

  • Candidate database management using the CRM system and Excel sheets

  • Assist the Team Leader, as required, in coaching team members, creating & implementing training plans

  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team targets/objectives



Requirements:




  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Recruitment (Contract Roles)

  • Ideally Life Science Industry experience however open to other industry

  • (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering)

  • Strong runner base

  • A credible, curious, confident, intuitive person with excellent investigative skills

  • Drive and ambition to progress

  • Client and candidate customer focused and strong ability to reach KPIs and build/maintain relationships

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong desire to succeed, win business and develop client base

  • Resilience, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure

  • Hard working, self-motivated and determined

  • Be able to manage a busy workload and prioritise
