Contract Administrator

Due to an increased workload, my construction client is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their contracting team in a brand new role. This position will provide essential admin support to 6 Contracts Managers working on multi-million £ projects. My client is a fantastic local employer who will open many doors for you internally to progress your career.

Supporting 6 Contracts Managers your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with Managers to discuss projects and costs

  • Creating quotations/estimations for projects via project management, COINS and Excel systems

  • Creating project files on company database

  • Managing compliance information for each project- health and safety forms, method statements, accreditations

  • Handling queries from clients in Contract Managers absence

To be successful in this role you must have the below skills/experience:

  • High Level admin support ideally to multiple managers

  • Intermediate Excel

  • Previous projects experience in construction would be advantageous

  • Confident personality to prioritise workload and work proactively

Salary: £20,000-£25,000
Hours: 8am-5pm
Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
