Office Angels have partnered with a rapidly expanding company who are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their growing department. This company can offer a fun working environment alongside plenty of future progression opportunities.

Role: Contracts Administrator

Contract: Permanent | Monday - Friday 9am-5pm / 8am- 4pm

Location: Doncaster

Salary & benefits: Up to £25,000pa + monthly incentives and bonuses + free on site parking + progression opportunities

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful roll out of new business contracts

  • Organise for the business' services to be successfully installed

  • Attend video calls with customers and suppliers

  • Coordinator a series of tasks required for new customers, ensuring strict deadlines are adhered too

  • Utilise the internal database to keep information updated in a timely manner

  • Administrative support as and when required


  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers

  • Ability to work in a time critical, fast paced environment whilst meeting strict deadlines

  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team

  • Good IT skills including the use of MS Office & Excel
