Job Title: Contact Centre Agent *Permanent + excellent training + fun incentives*


Location: Ashford (Office based)


Salary: £18,500


Start date: Monday 2nd August 2021

Hours: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 8:30pm, 7.5 hour shifts with � hr lunch break and 2 10 minute breaks


The shifts are: 8:30am-4:30pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12:30pm-8:30pm (You'll be working 1-2 late nights a week and 1 Saturday in 4, 9am-1pm, you'll then get a half day to take off during the week)


Your duties would include:



  • Handling inbound and outbound Customer Service Calls (no Cold Calling)

  • Offering advice and guidance to prospective and existing Customers

  • Completing online forms with Customers, gathering sufficient information

  • Entering and updating customer data on the Customer Management System

  • Working to service level agreements

  • Using Microsoft Office and various IT systems


Skills and experience required:



  • Excellent communication skills over the telephone and be someone who truly enjoys speaking to customers

  • Excellent attention to detail skills

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new IT systems

  • Experience working within a Contact centre/Retail/Hospitality/Admin position
