Full time (Monday - Friday)

Do you have a passion for the marketing world, combined with a love for animals? This could be the perfect role for a creative animal lover! A leading pet care supplier is looking for a skilled marketing professional to work in the capacity of a Consumer Engagement Executive, to support the Social Media Manager for the brand. The ideal person for this role will take ownership of communications across a range of social media channels, including: - Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. engaging with appropriate tone and style - driving affinity with the brands and product preference. The Consumer Engagement Executive role is a fun, diverse and instrumental role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a privately-owned company with sales in over 50 countries, including the USA, Australia, China and Europe.

Job role & responsibilities:

* Promptly follow up enquiries received via telephone, email webforms and online chat function liaising with the relevant department to provide the most appropriate response.
* Engage with consumers across all social media touchpoints answering queries and offering recommendations, always representing the brand and company in line with brand guidelines.
* Establish and evolve internal processes and documentation to engage, track and report back to the business on key performance indicators while ensuring that relevant feedback is channelled to the right department and actioned.
* Own and drive the evolution of the Consumer Service section on the CoA website.
* Report and inform the wider team on consumer insights, feedback, and activity for continued learning and improvement to our customer service.
* Support the PR, Social and Content Manager to harvest UGC and create engaging content in line with consumer sentiments.
* Work with the Global Head of Marketing to drive forward the vision of the "Voice of the Consumer" in order to contribute to the delivery of our ambitious global growth plans.

Key competencies required:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience within a consumer service / facing role.
* Strong understanding of social media channels.
* Understanding of animal behaviour.
* Experience in marketing disciplines is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A track record of presenting to key stakeholders.
* Car Owner.
* Have a love of animals!


* Day to day office wear - Casual
* Hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm with � hour for lunch
