Role: Regional Facilities Manager (Charity Sector)

Location: Leeds based with travel to sites required

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

Salary: Up to £33K DOE

Start date: ASAP

Are you a Facilities Manager who is looking to work within a business that truly makes a difference to people's lives? Are you happy to travel to each of your sites and ensure that everything is above board and will make sure that anything that needs attention gets remedied as quickly as possible?

If you're proactive and meticulously organised with experience of managing multiple sites within the facilities sector, I'd love to hear from you. You will be part of a national team who ensure that all sites are suitable and safe for use, you'll be reporting to your Head of Facilities regularly so they are informed of what needs doing and you'll love your job because the Charity you work for and the work you do make it possible for people to access services which help them live a better life and get the support they need.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the operational and commercial running of all the sites within your region

  • Building a rapport with clients, project leads and key stakeholders to keep an effective working relationship

  • Project Management of improvements and new initiatives on various sites - everything from managing the budget to liaising with contractor and suppliers and submitting planning applications

  • Visiting each site to ensure all standards are met and to advise on any work that requires completing for the safe maintenance of the building

  • Review and negotiation of lease agreements with management of any new procurements within the region

  • Looking for improvements across all sites which will assist the projects run as they are required whilst keeping to a budget

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

  • Experience of multi-site facilities management

  • Experience of the 360 leasing process from negotiations to procurement to ending of contracts

  • Be able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
