JOB ROLE: Office Administrator/Secretary/PA


HOURS: 9:30am- 6pm


SALARY: £28k-£30k


LOCATION: Central London


CULTURE: Real Estate

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Previous experience in the Property Industry is preferred.


We are looking for a reliable, organised and trustworthy individual with excellent telephone etiquette to join as an office manager to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that the company's objectives are met in an effective and efficient manner.


The ideal candidate will be someone who shows an attitude for career progression and development. The role itself will begin more as a PA/Secretarial role and could potentially progress to an office management role.



Previous and recent experience within secretarial, PA and/or administration


background will be considered. We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible


and offer excellent career progression for the right candidate.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Answer inbound enquiries, take messages

  • Provide office support services so as to ensure efficiency

  • Arranging purchases & deliveries

  • Data entry into Excel including rents and petty cash

  • Provide word-processing and clerical support

  • Maintain common filing system and file all paperwork

  • Assisting the director wherever necessary

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Clear communications skills

  • Trustworthy, honest and reliable

  • Highly organised and punctual

  • Skilled in greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner

  • Committed to provide exceptional customer service to clients and co workers

  • Ability to handle difficult clients tactfully

  • Professional writing and telephone skills
