JOB TITLE: Construction Coordinator/Administrator


LOCATION: Honiton


SALARY: Up to 23K dependant on experience with fantastic progression opportunities and pay rewards


BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays ,Up to 10% Bonus, 6% Contributory Pension from Company


HOURS: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

THE ROLE: The key focus of this role is to assist within the construction department, liaising with internal and external sources and completing all required documentation and administration for the department.


Key duties will include:



  • Liaise with local authorities to supply notices for works to begin

  • Answer calls from landowners with questions and queries

  • Assist construction in PIA and Safe Dig searches, compiling the findings into relatable work packs

  • Attend weekly department meetings

  • Collaborate closely with other teams such as Construction, Installations and Civils

  • Building relationships with internal and external parties, coordinating with contractors and local highways agencies

  • Coordinate and produce documentation for the Public Infrastructure Access

  • Produce notice reports and manage defect reworks

  • Communicating with the field engineers and producing utility searches

  • Carry out customer appointment confirmations

  • Provide general and varied administrative support to the team
