Compliance and HR Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR and Compliance Assistant based in the Fareham area

A generous salary of £24,000 to £28,000 is offered

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting key HR processes such as interviews or processes such as performance reviews

  • Managing Diaries

  • Supporting with system records and assisting with data collation and KPI reporting

  • Co-ordinating numerous departmental tasks adhering to strict deadlines

  • Responsibility for the collation and distribution of board meeting packs

  • Assisting with complaints

  • Assisting with Project Work

As the successful candidate you will offer:

  • A keen interest in HR, compliance and high level administration

  • First class Excel skills including pivot tables along with a keen interest in data and systems

  • Possess gravitas and display confidentiality

  • Excellent organisational skills with a flexible approach to dual reporting responsibilities

  • Great communication skills and be a real team player
