The role - Compliance Administrator
Location - Glasgow City Centre (1 x day per week WFH)
Salary - £24k per annum
Hours - 9am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri

Office Angels have an immediately available role with our client for a Compliance Administrator to support with all aspects of Health & Safety. This role will be based in our client's modern and prestigious property in Glasgow City Centre. Upon completion of the training period there will be an option to work one day per week from home.

As the Company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accredited, Health & Safety is very important for the business and to be considered for this role you MUST be qualified or part-qualified in NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.

The role itself will involve:-

* Providing a high level of administrative support  
* Auditing existing contracts
* Ensuring first class compliance across a range of new and existing contracts
* Ensuring the delivery of business H&S objectives when auditing contracts
* Working knowledge of ISO standards 
* Providing HSE guidance and working with business managers and partners ensuring compliance is understood and maintained 
* Continued accreditation through ensuring legislative requirements are met 
* Drive to continuously improve existing systems and practices
* Fast and accurate input of client data on CRM
* Producing reports when audit and compliance checks are complete
* Liaising with internal and external partners, assisting with client queries and complaints.
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Putting corrective and preventative actions in place 
* Collate information to meet reporting requirements and deadlines 

What you should bring to the role: -

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Data management experience
* Accuracy and attention to detail 
* Prioritise and manage time effectively  
* Analytical thinker
* Previous experience of working in a regulated environment
* Proficient in MS Office - advanced working knowledge of Excel
* NEBOSH (or similar) certified, or with an interest in Health & Safety and willing to undergo training

You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and will be enthusiastic about driving innovative solutions for continuous improvement and will strive to achieve and maintain Health & Safety objectives.
