JOB ROLE: Compliance Administrator
JOB TYPE: Temporary (possible opportunity to stay long term)
COMPANY: Specialist Recruitment Agency


START DATE: Tuesday 23rd November - must be able to start on this day!
HOURS: 8.30am - 5.30pm
SALARY: £12.00 ph
LOCATION: Walking distance from Moorgate / Old Street station

DUTIES:



  • Obtain all compliance documentation from candidates;

  • Update candidates on the status of their pending or expired compliance documents;

  • Confirming, requesting, researching and verifying candidate references

  • Advising and booking candidates on training, blood tests and immunisations, document verification, etc;

  • Maintain company database with compliance information

  • Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database

  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements for compliance;

  • Seek support and escalate irregularities and non-compliance where appropriate

  • Ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service at all times;

  • Take part in internal and external audits to ensure requirements are met;

  • Daily/weekly meetings with Consultants to prioritise workloads;

  • Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice; sector specific legislation as well as health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities;


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Essential to have excellent time keeping

  • Methodical thinker with the ability to follow processes

  • Excellent communication skills - clear and accurate communication style

  • Confident people skills, comfortable speaking to individuals at all levels

  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively

  • Adaptable to changing requirements based upon workload
