Complaint Adminstrator

Are you empathetic to your clients and strive to make the best of a bad situation? Are you passionate about providing good customer service? Office Angels Hull are recruiting for a well established FCA regulated business in Hull city centre.

As Complaints Administrator you will be based from home initially with a view to return to the central Hull office later on this year. You will work Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and be offered the opportunity to progress down a career in compliance including further qualifications.

Your duties will include:

  • Taking and making calls/emails to customers who have logged a complaint with a view to resolve the issue for them

  • Ensure all communications to customers are in line with FCA regulations

  • Fulfil promotional offers and ensure all terms and conditions are adhered to

  • Any administration that comes from the complaints process such as drafting and sending of communication letters, sending out remunerations and gestures of goodwill

You will be entitled to:

  • Starting salary of £20,000 per annum

  • Opportunity to progress into Compliance Officer with financial support for relevant exams provided

  • Free on-site parking

  • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

We are looking for someone willing and able to manage difficult conversations and provide an excellent customer service even in the most difficult of situations. Experience in a complaints role is essential, in and FCA regulated environment desirable.
