Role: Immediately Available Compensation & Benefits Analyst

We are working with a great client who is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their team ASAP!

Our client is a large organisation who really values the work of our temporary candidates so you will feel part of the team from day one!

Our ideal candidate will be a highly capable individual, who is capable of working on own projects and well as manging competing priorities, you will have an adaptable approach with exceptional attention to detail - able to spot and prevent errors occurring.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role has responsibility for managing day-to-day reward activity; driving the annual reward processes including salary review, bonus and benefits information; refreshing and maintaining salary bands, managing job evaluation processes; and providing robust benchmarking information and involvement in ad hoc projects.

You must be available immediately and able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks to be successful!

HOURS: 9am - 5pm

SALARY: £20-£25 per hour Depending on Experience

  • Responsible for delivering the annual compensation and benefits reward calendar

  • Maintaining the organisational salary bands and structures

  • Responsible for managing the annual salary review processes

  • Responsibility for managing the annual bonus and profit share eligibility communications and coordination the calculation of payments

  • Managing the UK Benefits portfolio

  • Responsible for the delivery of our pay gap reporting

  • Acting as internal expert on all projects/initiatives with a compensation & benefits impact

  • Acting as a point of expertise and information on reward practices in the International Companies

  • Support on international employee relocation,

  • Compensation and Benefits Processes

  • Resolve benefits queries

  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all compensation and benefits data uploaded to the HRIS

  • To develop and drive Compensation and Benefits reporting and insight

  • Responsible for submitting data to external salary and benefits surveys

  • Supporting the Head of HR Operations to deliver a wide range of Reward activities and projects.


  • Experience of compensation and benefits in a commercial organisation including salary surveys, pay reviews, bonus and benefits administration.

  • Experience working with of job evaluation/levelling/mapping and salary bands.

  • Experience of administering company benefits and working with benefit providers.

  • An analytical mind and strong aptitude for numbers and data with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • A proficiency and experience in using HR Information Systems.

  • Experience of Pay Gap Reporting (i.e. Gender Pay).

  • Experience building plans and timelines to ensure the successful executive of annual reward activities.

  • A knowledge and understanding of how compensation sits within the overall HR agenda.
