Communications Coordinator

I am supporting a fantastic company with the recruit for a Communications Coordinator to join their welcoming Marketing department. My client provides a fantastic service to locals and changes lives on a daily basis. You will initially be working remotely & once government guidelines change you can be based from either their Sheffield or Gainsborough office. If you are looking for a varied role & have experience working within Communications then this is the role for you!


Communications Coordinator


Sheffield or Gainsborough


Permanent - 37 hours per week


Up to £22,000pa + 33 days holiday + 8% pension


Currently remote working



Duties:



  • Finding and writing up interesting and engaging stories from customer

  • Showcasing the impact the organisation makes & support the marketing team to engage new and existing customers

  • Supporting the wider Business Development team with writing up case studies for different audiences such as stakeholders and customers

  • Update the company website & internal intranet with relevant content

  • Create stories for the press and wider media - developing relationships with stakeholders

  • Lead on the creation and publication of the organisations magazine

  • Support the team to deliver internal and external events

  • Develop communications plans with clear objective, monitor its delivery and report on return on investment

  • Lead filming and photo shoots to help deliver the companies message in creative, engaging ways


Requirements:



  • A love of writing creative and insightful content to engage varied audiences

  • Experience of internal and external communications in either a business or charity environment

  • Experience of using social media & updating websites

  • A marketing, communications or journalism qualification would be an advantage

  • Strong communication skills

  • An organised individual who is able to plan and prioritise a varied and busy workload

  • A fantastic standard of customer service
